What floor types is this floor washer suitable for? Can it clean carpets?

It is designed for hard floors (solid wood, tile, LVT, marble). It is not recommended for thick, high-pile carpets. For short-pile carpets, it supports dry vacuuming but not hot-water mopping (as hair can easily get stuck, potentially triggering a brush-roll stall error). With a body height of just 12cm when laid flat (180°), it can reach under sofas and beds for cleaning.

What is the battery life/runtime per charge? What are the voltage specifications?

It features a 21.6V lithium battery. On a full charge, it runs for up to 50 minutes in standard mode—enough to clean a 300m² home—and about 35 minutes in high-power hot-water mode. The unit weighs 15 lbs, is cordless, and comes with an original charging adapter.

How do the self-cleaning and hot-air drying functions work? Do I need to add water for self-cleaning?

Simply place the unit back on the charging dock and press a button to start the fully automatic 4D self-cleaning and hot-air drying process. The dock automatically draws clean water to wash the brush roll and internal tubing. Ensure the dock has sufficient clean water; wastewater is automatically collected in the dirty water tank. Once finished, the brush roll is left dry to prevent mold and odors.

Experiencing reduced suction, water stains left on the floor, or streaks after mopping?

① Empty the dirty water tank promptly when full; ② Check for blockages in the HEPA filter or air duct—remove the HEPA filter, wash and dry it, then reinstall; ③ Check if the roller brush is worn or aged (replacing it every 6–12 months is recommended); ④ Enable AI Smart Mode so the machine automatically adjusts water output to minimize residual water.

How can I eliminate odors from the dirty water tank?

Empty the dirty water and rinse the tank immediately after each use; add a dedicated deodorizing tablet during the monthly self-cleaning cycle. The machine features built-in UVC antibacterial and odor-neutralizing functions, which, combined with hot-air drying, significantly reduce odor buildup.

How long does it take to fully charge the D800?

The D800 charges up completely in about 4 hours, so you’ll be ready to tackle your cleaning routine in no time!
