If you find the identical model currently advertised at a lower price by an authorized UWANT retailer in the US—either at the time of purchase or within 7 days after your purchase—we will happily refund you the difference.

The Details You Need to Know

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • Availability: The item must be currently in-stock and ready to ship on the competitor's website at the time the request is made.
  • Condition: The product must be brand new in its original packaging. We do not match used, damaged, returned, open-box, "closeout," "clearance," or demonstrator models.
  • Authorized U.S. Retailers: We only match prices from official and authorized online stores, including:
    • uwanthome.com (Official Store)
    • Amazon.com (Items sold and shipped by Amazon only)
    • Walmart (Direct sales only)
    • Other UWANT-authorized third-party retailers.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to verify the price and availability of the identical item (same model, color, and quantity).
  • Local Pricing: The lower price must be the listed price in the US (including shipping and handling costs) valid at the time of the request.
  • Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit quantities to one price match per customer, per item, per day.

How to Submit a Request

To process your refund quickly, please provide the following to our support team:

  1. Your Order Number or the email used for your uwanthome.com purchase.
  2. A Screenshot and a Live Link showing the lower price on the authorized retailer's site.

Exclusions

Please note that the Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Accessories & Parts: All UWANT individual accessories and replacement parts.
  • Unverified Sellers: Prices from non-authorized marketplace retailers, third-party sellers (e.g., eBay), auction sites, or sites requiring membership.
  • Special Offers: Bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, rebates, mail-in offers, or financing offers.
  • Promotional Tactics: Percentage-off discounts (e.g., "20% off site-wide"), "Buy One, Get One Free" offers without a specified price, or double-stacked coupons (promotional price + promo code).
  • Restricted Pricing: Prices that only display after a guest logs in, loyalty/student/military/teacher/first responder discounts, or credit card offers.

Lower prices will not be matched if they violate UWANT’s internal pricing rules. UWANT reserves the right to verify prices, limit quantities, and modify or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
