Our 2-Year Limited Warranty

Every UWANT machine purchased directly from our official online store or authorized US retailers comes with a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers original defects in material and workmanship when the product is used for normal domestic purposes in accordance with the UWANT User Manual. This includes:

  • Wet Dry Vacuums: Motor, internal electronics, and structural integrity.
  • Cordless Stick Vacuums: Motor and battery performance.
  • Carpet & Spot Cleaners: Pump systems and suction motors.
  • Mattress Cleaners: UV-C components and vibration motors.
  • Accessories: Replacement of accessories if they arrive damaged or fail due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

What is Not Covered?

While we aim to be as helpful as possible, this warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual depletion of battery life, or wear on brushes, filters, and wheels.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by drops, spills (not related to the machine's function), or external impacts.
  • Misuse: Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the User Manual, such as picking up large debris, construction dust, or using unauthorized cleaning solutions.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Products that have been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
  • Commercial Use: Machines used for professional cleaning services or industrial environments.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue with your UWANT product, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Locate Your Order ID: We require proof of purchase from our online store or authorized US seller.

  2. Contact Support: Email our customer service team at service@uwanthome.com with a description of the issue.

  3. Provide Visuals: To speed up the process, please attach a short video or photo showing the defect.

  4. Resolution: Our team will troubleshoot the issue with you. If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair, a replacement part, or a brand-new unit at our discretion.

Note: UWANT reserves the right to request the return of the defective unit for inspection. Shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
