(1) When operating the machine, there's no need to hold down the water spray button continuously. Simply wet the stained area thoroughly, wait for the stain to dissolve, and then scrub. (2) The upholstery cleaner works similarly to a washing machine—cleaned items will naturally remain wet. First, spray water and scrub, then keep the brush head upright and press down to suction, much like blow-drying hair. The longer you suction, the drier the surface becomes.

(1) Clean Water Tank Leakage: Lift the water tank separately to check if it continues leaking. If leaking: Replace the tank. If not leaking: Normal operation. (2) Dirty Water Tank Leakage: Check if internal components are properly installed. If still leaking after correct installation: Replace the dirty water tank. (3) Machine Base Leakage: Check for foam overflow. If excessive cleaning solution prevents the float from rising: Empty the dirty water tank. Rinse residual cleaning solution from the clean water tank. Restart the machine and check for water stains at the base. If leakage persists: Internal component failure—contact after-sales service for repair. Note: Dilute cleaning solution at a 1:30 ratio. Over-concentration may cause overflow, affecting performance and cleaning results.
