The roller brush is recommended to be replaced once a year, and the HEPA filter is recommended to be replaced every 6 to 12 months. Both the roller brush and the HEPA filter can be washed, dried, and reused.Note: The replacement frequency of consumables can be adjusted flexibly based on actual usage.

The machine's roller brush motor is IPX6 waterproof. The floor brush area is safe to rinse with water. After cleaning, reattach the roller brush and its cover.Note:1. Before rinsing, remove the roller brush and place the floor washer on the ground. Only rinse this area — avoid washing other parts to prevent damage.2. When cleaning in a sink or basin, ensure the drain is clear to prevent water from pooling around the floor brush.3. Use running water (recommended: a showerhead). Do not soak the machine.4. Clean the suction inlet and pipe regularly with a cleaning brush to avoid debris buildup and maintain cleaning performance.

Simply wipe it with a tissue or wet wipe.Note: Do not rinse the smart base station or the main unit with water. Please wipe them with a tissue or wet wipe only. Avoid allowing water to enter the base station, as this may affect the machine's performance.

The machine takes approximately 5-6 hours to charge fully. To reduce overcharging and avoid battery damage, the first and last segments of the battery require slower charging, which extends the overall charging time.

1. Make sure the battery isolation tab behind the handle is fully removed before use.2. When turning on, tilt the machine — a dormant device requires this to re-establish connection.3. Check that the handle latch aligns properly with the small hole on the body.4. Clean the infrared emitter on the handle if it’s dirty to restore signal.5. Verify if the machine charges on the base. If yes, only the handle battery may need replacing.6. If problems persist, contact customer service for a handle replacement.

(1) Check if the machine is charging. If not, make sure the base is plugged in and wait for the charging indicator before pressing the self-clean button.

(2) If placed on the base and self-clean shows "drying interrupted," cancel drying via the handle button, then press self-clean again.

(3) Turn on the machine — if the water drop button adjusts water level normally, the issue is likely with charging.

(4) If unresolved, contact after-sales for repair.
