First, make sure the dirty water tank lid is properly installed. Reinstall the dirty waterIf the dirty water tank is tilted, lift it straight up to prevent leakage tank lid and ensure it's secured. If you see too much foam in the dirty water tank, it might be causing the leak. Check the cleaning solution ratio and ensure you're using the correct amount. If no water comes out when pressing the spray button or no water comes out when pressing the self-cleaning button, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.First, unscrew the six screws on the device, remove the cover and the self-cleaning button. You'll now see the water pipe.Second, Remove the screw on the left side of the faulty button. Gently pull out the clip structure holding the button in place.If the water pipe appears pinched or deformed, the last step is press it horizontally to restore its shape, let the air into the water pipe.If no water comes out when pressing the self-cleaning button, same steps for above, water pipe push the valve back into place. Reattach the clip. Screw back the left-side screw. Power on, it can work properly.

For no suction during use, the machine may be overheating from extended use, so allow it to cool down before trying again.
